In case you didn't see this on Jessie's blog here's Hank. He says he had a abscess on his skull caused by some bug, so they put a tube in his head to drain the puss and ooze. What I think happened is he just got a botched piercing and is afraid to tell us.

there is absolutely no reason that this picture needs to be posted on the internet twice. it is possibly the most sad, aweful picture ever taken. please, for hank's sake, take it down. (poor baby)
