*I just mowed the lawn. I'm hot and tired. Very hot and tired.
*So not only is GC 339 getting a new store manager, but we're getting a new district manager too. The two people that I had manipulated into making them think I'm a good guy are both gone so now its back to square one.
Actually, I'm really excited to meet both of them. Our store has been perpetually down and seeing as 339 is the biggest store in the district they ain't gonna bring some joker in to manage us. He's gonna be a rock star and maybe, just maybe, I'll get a bonus. Or heck, write the numbers I should be writing. I'll keep you posted on a semi weekly basis.
*California in t- minus 7 days. This guy who's been hiring and firing all around the district is gonna be there. Kinda nerve- racking. Oh, and Brad, my rules and reg sheet says that I am not supposed to visit "my family or old school friend while out on this trip." Sorry, friend.
*Well, Jessie's home. I'm gonna take off and be a good husband.

- I remember in Kindergarten as I waited for the bus to pick me up after a grueling morning of hard work as an AM Kindergartner, looking at all the glue eating, pants wetting, sniveling kids who were getting off the bus to go to PM Kindergarten. Up to this point us kids were all on an equal playing surfaces, but it was at this moment I realized something: the world could be divided into two classes: AM and PM Kindergartners. To this day I pity those poor kids whose parents made the fatal mistake of making them go to PM Kindergarten. Upon talking to a lot of my fellow AM'ers we all seem to agree, AM Kindergartners seem to have "it". PM'ers, well, just were always about three hours behind.

Screw the rules. The Martin I know would not be hemmed in by guidelines that only serve to pen him into a an area that cannot possibly hold him.
Well, if anything changes, call me. Or perhaps I could attend the meetings. I've always wanted to see the inner workings of Guitar Center, and I've always aspired to manage one...
